He is very personable and easy to work with. He was always available to us and we never had a problem getting in touch with him. He was good at keeping us up-to-date, offering advice, and answering questions. This was a long distance sale for all of us. So, it may have been a little more involved than some sales. Our sale was complicated further by issues we had with a carpet cleaning company, which eventually led to having to replace carpet. Because we were out of state, we had to rely on Aaron to apprise us of the situation, make recommendations, and assist us with our decisions. He did so, and we felt we could trust him to take care of these things on our behalf. Aaron dealt with the vendors, obtained estimates, and made sure the job got done. He had a great attitude about all of this extra work that had fallen on him. He went above and beyond for us.

Laura contacted me and I decided to just take the plunge and use her as a realtor. Laura showed us houses everywhere! From vermilion to Akron to Chardon and everything in between. She got us into the houses quickly and never complained. I love that she kept us informed about everything. I told her I can’t handle pushy people and spontaneous decisions and she was perfect. Very respectful and I didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions if I wasn’t ready. She was the perfect balance of professional and warm. I called her venting a couple times and I felt very comfortable. We met Aaron who was just as kind and funny. It was a somewhat complicated property (two connected rural parcels with both a home and outbuilding), but he made sure the listing highlighted the best points, got good exposure, and we got full value on our sale. When I receive listings, they are all close to what I exspressed in my interest in and not a bunch of listing that look like they were just auto sent out to everyone. So far I have enjoyed the fact Aaron really makes you feel like he cares about you and was he does.
